The Story Behind

Finally!

I've finally found some time to look through the stacks of photos taken during my wedding. But they are stacked up in my hard disk :P.

Let me share some of my pre-wedding events.....

A week before the wedding, 'Guo Dai Lai' or gift exchanging took place.

The groom's side sents over some items and the bride's side will return on a smaller scale. The 'tai kam che' gave a pretty long list. :) After that, we visited our grandparents before finally returning home. The cakes are then distributed to relatives.

During the week leading up to the actual day, we had to send the car for decoration, prepare the house (eg: hang the red cloth on the door, etc.), collect the hand bouquet, prepare for the games on the wedding day and items for 'Shiung Tau' and make sure there's food for the morning of the wedding day.

Oh, and not forgetting to prepare myself - manicure, pedicure, *all the pampering needed* ;D

The night before, both sides had dinners with our own family, followed by the hair combing ceremony.

If the before seems like a lot, wait till I tell you about after the wedding ;).
